So after about oh two and a half years I am finally getting my shit together. I just got a studio apartment and it''s my own. I'm not living with anyone or with family. Like getting a breath of fresh air for the first time or having a weight lifted off your shoulders.

I got a new scanner and my old art table/easel is still in great shape after being dismantled and moving almost three times in the last year. As for my art I may be going for a more traditional approach as apposed to using Photoshop.

So here is to new beginnings and more art from me.

After some recent events here on DA, I've come to think is it all just about glory here on this site. Glor of a 6-7 digit pageveiw, or countless number of favs and comment. A spotlight if you will.

A person I watch here on DA I will leave his name out of this since he already has enough bullshit to deal with, has taken down all of his amazing artwork. Why you ask due the reason of nonsense traffic and unhelpful comment on his artwork.

I for one don't blame him, it seems like it's all about FANART. Ok it fine that you can draw Inuyasha,Goku,or who ever. But can you come up wiht anything or your own? I rarely if ever draw other peoples creations. Not that its bad to draw your fav character, but if you do give it your own twist.

On that note I will be removing my FLCL fanart from my gallery. Yeah its a good piece but I to be know for just that when I have other pieces of artwork here that I've put sweat and numerous hours and pain into.

Hope I didn't rain on anyones parade sorry if I did.
